Derick oversees product, project implementation, corporate strategy, and finance at Casca. Previously, he was a founder and worked at Ardian, a global private equity firm with $180 billion assets under management.

He pursued a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Stanford University, as a Kwok Scholar and a Davis Scholar. He was also recognized by Members of the European Parliament as the “20 Most Promising Young Entrepreneurs in Europe".
