As an early-stage company building at the frontier of AI and finance, we bring high intensity and commitment to our work, and are enthusiastic believers in the power of in-person collaboration. While specific schedules can vary by role or team, many weeks will demand extra focus, flexibility, and time particularly during major launches and high impact sprints.

Working side-by-side with our teammates and customers is essential to Casca’s culture. We’re seeking those who are aligned and able to commit to collaborating 5 days a week in our San Francisco office.
