Born and raised in Mirpurkhas, a small town in Pakistan, Paayal defied family traditions by choosing education over early marriage. She moved to Karachi to pursue her Cambridge education, earning world distinctions in both O and A Levels. At Pomona College, her scholarships covered 120% of tuition, empowering her to explore diverse fields of knowledge.
